Elly  Elly  Elly  Elly and Dudley  Elly and Dudley  Elly
Elly is a 2 year old west highland white terrier named after Megan's Grandma who had a westie. She didn't know she was getting a dog... one day she was packing to move into her new condo with her then-boyfriend and he surprised her with Elly. She had Megan's wedding ring around her neck!!! That's how he propsed and they have been married one year now. The black dog is a lab chow mix named Dudley. He's 7 and adopted. The family he came from just did not have time for him anymore, and he was basically living in their garage. He has all the sweetness of a lab, and is spoiled rotten! And Elly loves to play with him and he loves to play with her, too, even if he is not in the mood!

Cat and Sugar
Catherine took this picture when she and Sugar got back from visiting family in D/FW. They live in Longview. She had stopped in Lindale on the way to Fort Worth and bought a shirt at Miranda's store! This is the picture she has hanging on her wall in the main frame in my living room.

Penny  Penny  Misty  Misty
Here is Abigail's aunt's Beagle, Penny, and Abigail's own German Shepherd, Misty!

Lucky
Here is a picture of Jennifer's niece, Harley, and her new puppy, Lucky. Harley got her puppy after Jenn's sisters dog, Delicious, had an unexpected pregnancy. Lucky was the last puppy to be delivered in a litter of 6 and he almost didn't make it. He was breached and Delicious was too tired to push him out. Needless to say, Jenn became a mid-wife to a dog. Harley fell in love with him and named him Lucky and begged to keep him.

Summer  Summer  Summer
Summer came to Angel in December 2003 in a stocking from her sister's mother-in-law for Christmas. She had to bottle feed her until she was old enough to eat on her own! She slept in a box right next to Angel's bed or either right with her on the bed. She was always a fun loving dog and loved to be played with. You could throw anything and she would bring it back to you, no matter how long it took her to find it. Angel would sit outside at night and hold her and play with her. Summer would come up to her and tuck her head into Angel's arms wanting her to hold her. On April 16th, 2008 she got sick; they took her to the vet and they told them that she did not have a chance. Angel couldn't sign the papers to have her put down, her mom had to do it. But, she stayed with her till she took her last breath. Then they brought her home and made her a very special place to be buried. That night Angel went outside, found some wood and made a cross for her grave. Her mom is going to plant flowers on it. Summer was Angel's baby and she will miss her always and forever..... rest in peace, Summer. SUMMER HAMBY - BORN DECEMBER 2003; PASSED AWAY APRIL 16TH 2008.

Rocky and Bailey  Jack  Chloe
Angela has two birds -- the one in the photos, Jack, LOVES to sit in front of the TV and watch Red Sox games. The white Chihuahua is Chloe. She was adopted from Pet Rescue of Mercer this past August. Someone turned her in with a broken leg and she was covered in gasoline and oil and was severely underweight. The black Chihuahua is Rocky and brown Chihuahua is Bailey. Rocky was taken from a pet store that was going to surrender him to be euthanized because he was sick. Bailey was in a Humane Society foster care program. All three are great siblings and playmates and are super spoiled!!

Buster and Maggie  Buster  Maggie
Kristen and family want to show off Miss Maggie Mae, a 4-year-old Boston Terrier, and Downtown Buster Brown, a 1-year-old terror on wheels.... we mean, he's a Boxer. Maggie, or “The Magster” as she's known around their house, was given to Kristen by a friend who breeds Bostons. Magster is quite the grunter/snorter, so they could not breed her. Kristen rescued her to a certain extent... she loves her sounds and doesn't care much about the fancy paperwork. Buster was new to the family last year after they lost their German Shepard “Bear Bear” to cancer. He's 62 pounds of love on her feet at night and about 100 pounds of mass destruction to their backyard. One look at his droopy face and you can't help but forgive him!

Mischief  Mischief  Mischief
Here is Ed's dog, Mischief. He was a good dog. He didn't like it whenever anyone went out. Whenever the mail came, he would open it by eating it because one day he got hit in the snout, when he stuck his snout in the mail slot. He loved to go on trips to the beach with the family. He also loved to sleep on Ed's bed. He would watch TV with him and would cheer him up when he was down. If not for Mischief, Ed would still be afraid of dogs. He was a good actor too. He played the part of the turkey in Ed's family's version of A Christmas Carol!! Whenever they had a thunderstorm, they would cuddle with him and tell him it was ok. His two favorite napping spots were under the piano in the living room, and on the landing between the two flights of stairs!

Prada  Prada  Prada
Prada  Prada
This is Jami's daughter Prada! She is a two-year-old Shih Tzu that she's had since she was a pup! She is a total diva! ;) She enjoys playing with her dad and she loves going for car rides, most of all she enjoys bath time and being pampered!

Rudy  Jessie
From Dawsyn comes Rudy and Jessie! Rudy is a 1-year-old Dapple Dachshund who loves to play ball... she carries giant softballs around the house! Jessie is a Staffordshire Terrier and a couple years older. Dawsyn's mom worked for FEMA and was working in Louisiana. Jessie came to her camper door so they decided to keep her. She is now like a mother to Rudy! She gives her baths and plays with her a lot.

Patti  Patti
Patti
Here is a pic of Patti's Turkish Angora Cat. She's about 17-years-old now and has never been sick a day in her life! They give her lots of real food and lots of LOVE!
